Reach an Expert connects users with AI-driven digital experts trained on real expert knowledge. You can access these experts through on-demand conversations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Reach an Expert, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Service

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the experience of other users.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. AI Service Disclaimers

AI Technology and Accuracy

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields, and we are constantly working to improve our AI experts to make them more accurate, reliable, and helpful. Our AI experts are trained on extensive knowledge from real experts and strive to provide valuable insights and information.

However, given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, our AI experts may occasionally provide information that is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. When you use our service, you understand and agree that:

• Output may not always be completely accurate and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth or factual information
• You should evaluate responses for accuracy and appropriateness for your specific situation
• Important information should be verified independently before making decisions based on AI responses
• You should use human judgment and, when appropriate, human review before acting on AI-generated advice

5. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy and handle your information with care. We may collect and use information such as your contact details, usage patterns, and conversation content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is only accessible to Luciaverse LLC for service operation and improvement, and is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCIAVERSE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in California, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration requirement does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court.
